My kids and I have played this three nights in a row now—they love pretending to be real estate agents and haggling over which room goes where. The little house pieces snap together nicely, so nothing falls apart mid-sale, which is honestly what I was most worried about.

The pieces are sturdy and the whole house-building mechanic is surprisingly engaging, even for adults. My kids fought over who got to be the buyer first, which says a lot.

My 8-year-old and I played this for an hour straight last night, and the way they have to match the room cards to sell the house is surprisingly clever. It makes them think like real estate agents, not just puzzle solvers.
